Brief: Create a one-page website with a minimalistic feel for hard-rock / experimental band: Kodeta.

As well as a paypal powered store for both digital downloads and physical merchandise; requirements for the site include: image slider, email contact form, integration of Kodeta's 'bands on tour' facebook widget, Kodeta's SoundCloud tracks and the @kodetamusic twitter feed.

Technology: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.

A Load Of Hot Air.

Brief: Create a humorous video incorporating content from The Apprentice that has viral appeal.

This was an experiment for a small Bristol-based company who are exploring viral marketing.

Experiment #1.

This is an extremely short Flash animation and a bit of an experiment. Using marker points on my fingers I captured footage of 1 cycle of a walking. I then tracked the motion in After Effects with shapes, which I rendered to Flash. These shapes became the hinges for my Flash animation.. The animation is inspired by the video game 'Limbo'.

I am currently experimenting with various techniques to achieve a great looking animation. I am also working on a storyboard and character designs for the short film which I hope will be ready to enter into short film competitions next year. More info coming soon!

Morph E4.

E4, Channel 4 TV Corporation.

Brief: "We want you to take our logo and create an original brand sting that smacks of E4 attitude and can be played out on our E4 telly-channel." Duration: 10 seconds.

Inspired by the T4 Toyota Aygo stings, I wanted to create a morphing effect that captured E4's random style of humour. After sketching up some ideas the animation took just a day to create in Adobe Flash.

My entry received over 2,700 public votes and spent considerable time amongst the top 16 highest rated entries! You can see the finalists here.
